Manufacturer’s workmanship and materials warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials and, in some cases, premature wear. If the manufacturer built a defective tire, you will receive credit towards a replacement tire. The amount of this credit varies from tire to tire, but is usually calculated based on how much tread has been worn off the tire.
In cases where a tire is covered by a manufacturer’s tread-life warranty, Rowleys will process claims for these warranties on behalf of the dealer who sold the tire to a consumer. Any credit expected from the manufacturer will be passed to the dealer.
